Il y a des stars qui comme Catherine Deneuve, n’ouvrent pas facilement la porte de leur maison. Seul moyen de les immortaliser : profiter des plateaux de télévision. Lors de la sortie de son film en novembre 1981,, « hôtel des Amériques d’André Téchiné avec Patrick Dewaere. Catherine Deneuve est invitée par Eve Ruggieri dans son émission « les nouveaux rendez vous ».Sur Antenne 2 .La photo que j’ai prise n’est pas très « intime »et j’utilise la lumière mise en place par le directeur photo de l’émission. Impossible pour moi de « shooter » pendant l’enregistrement, je dispose alors de deux ou trois minutes pour photographier la star.

Some celebrities, like Catherine Deneuve, are loath to let people into their house. The only way to photograph them is during their television appearances. When her film with Patrick Dewaere, “Hotel des Ameriques” by André Téchiné, came out in November 1981, Catherine Deneuve was invited to appear on Eve Ruggieri’s programme “Les nouveaux rendezvous” on Antenne 2. The photo I took is not very “intimate” and I used the lighting set up by the programme’s director of photography. I was unable to shoot during the recording, so I only had two or three minutes in which to photograph the actress.

Невозможно попасть в дом к такой звезде, как Катрин Денев. Единственная возможность запечатлеть ее на фотографии – во время съемок на телевидении. Это было в ноябре 1981 года, после выхода фильма Андре Тешине «Отель «Америка», в котором она снималась с Патриком Девэром.  Ведущая Эв Рюгьери пригласила Катрин участвовать в передаче «Новые встречи» на канале Antenne 2. Снимок вышел не очень «личностный». На съемке использовался свет, выставленный осветителями съемочной группы. Во время передачи снимать невозможно – поэтому на съемку звезды у меня было всего лишь две-три минуты.
